The Services are operated by ROW NINE SRL and are powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate our online store.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.

After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order and confirm that the products are available for shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in limited circumstances, including where:

• there is an obvious error in the product description or price;
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
• the order violates these Terms;

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, any amount already paid for the cancelled order will be refunded using the original payment method.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

All product prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes are included where required by law.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable to international orders may be additional and will be indicated where applicable.

We accept payment methods including:

• Credit and debit cards;
• PayPal;
• Klarna.

Payments are processed through the relevant payment service provider.

PayPal and Klarna may offer eligible customers the possibility of paying in installments. The availability, number of installments, eligibility requirements, fees, interest and other conditions are determined exclusively by the relevant payment provider and are not controlled by ROW NINE.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship orders within Italy and internationally.

Italy

The estimated delivery time is approximately 24–48 hours from the time the order is handed over to the courier.

International

The estimated delivery time for orders shipped outside Italy is approximately 3–6 business days.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• courier delays;
• customs procedures and inspections;
• border controls;
• public holidays;
• weather conditions;
• strikes;
• operational disruptions;
• other unforeseen circumstances.

For international orders, customs clearance may result in additional delays.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are dispatched within the indicated timeframe. However, delays caused by the courier, customs or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control cannot be attributed to ROW NINE.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery or the seller's responsibility for goods before they are delivered to the consumer.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers purchasing products online within the European Union generally have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery, without having to provide a reason, subject to the exceptions established by applicable law.

Any additional commercial return policy offered by ROW NINE does not limit or replace mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Products returned under a voluntary commercial return policy must comply with the conditions specified in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory rights relating to withdrawal, defective products or legal guarantees.

Products sold to consumers are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity.

Under applicable EU consumer protection rules, consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the applicable requirements, the consumer may have the right to remedies provided by law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.

This legal guarantee is separate from any voluntary commercial return policy and cannot be excluded or reduced by these Terms.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by ROW NINE and is not responsible for the products sold by us.

We shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, strikes, interruptions to transportation or telecommunications, customs delays, courier disruptions or other unforeseeable events.
