Product care
Can I wear my fur in the rain?
Light exposure to moisture should generally not cause serious problems if the garment is dried correctly. However, avoid heavy or prolonged exposure to rain. If your fur becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat.
What should I do if my fur gets wet?
Gently shake off excess water and hang the garment on a wide hanger in a cool, well-ventilated place. Do not use a hair dryer, radiator or other direct heat source. If the garment becomes heavily soaked, contact a professional fur specialist.
Can I wash my fur?
No. Do not wash your fur in a washing machine or treat it with conventional home-cleaning products. Professional cleaning by a specialist experienced with fur is recommended.
Can I use perfume while wearing my fur?
We recommend applying perfume, hairspray and other cosmetic products before putting on your fur, and allowing them to dry before wearing the garment.
How should I store my fur?
Hang it on a wide hanger in a cool, dry and well-ventilated wardrobe. Do not compress the garment or store it in an airtight plastic bag.
How often should my fur be professionally cleaned?
There is no universal schedule. Professional cleaning should depend on how frequently the garment is worn and its condition. If your fur has been exposed to moisture, stains or significant use, consult a professional fur specialist.

Where do you ship?
ROW NINE ships orders within Italy and internationally.
How long does delivery take?
Italy: approximately 24–48 hours. International: approximately 3–6 business days. These are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, customs procedures and circumstances outside our control.
Returns
Can I return my order?
ROW NINE offers a 7-day commercial return policy, subject to its conditions. Please consult our Refund Policy for the complete information.
Can I return a worn fur?
Items returned under our voluntary commercial return policy must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, used, washed, damaged or altered. Original tags must remain attached. Statutory consumer rights, including those relating to defective or non-conforming products, are not affected.

Can I pay in installments?
Klarna and PayPal may offer installment payment options to eligible customers. The availability, number of installments and applicable conditions are determined by Klarna or PayPal, based on their own systems and eligibility criteria.
